I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful with a really comfortable bed and a stunning view over Sapa, although the fridge in the room didn't work throughout my stay. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly helpful and hospitable. The location was very central and convenient, especially with the amazing massage center and heated indoor pool. The dining experience was great with a wide selection of dishes. Overall, a fantastic hotel with a few minor drawbacks.

I stayed at this hotel and found the rooms to be large, well-maintained, and above the standard for most hotels in Vietnam. The room was very spacious and felt warm, but the lack of proper isolation meant housekeepers making noise in the corridor at 7 am could be disturbing. The walls were thin, and sounds from the next room were easily heard when the doors were opened or closed.
