Pistachio Hotel Sapa, Sapa

The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while quite old with a noticeable smell, are spacious and comfortable. The presidential suite stands out for being extremely clean, well-equipped, and featuring a very comfortable bed. The service is outstanding, with kind and well-educated staff members providing some of the best service I've ever experienced. The location near Sa Pa Station is convenient, but the hotel is slightly lacking in facilities. The dining experience is top-notch, offering a wide variety of food options.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful with a really comfortable bed and a stunning view over Sapa, although the fridge in the room didn't work throughout my stay. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly helpful and hospitable. The location was very central and convenient, especially with the amazing massage center and heated indoor pool. The dining experience was great with a wide selection of dishes. Overall, a fantastic hotel with a few minor drawbacks.

I stayed at this hotel and found the rooms to be large, well-maintained, and above the standard for most hotels in Vietnam. The room was very spacious and felt warm, but the lack of proper isolation meant housekeepers making noise in the corridor at 7 am could be disturbing. The walls were thin, and sounds from the next room were easily heard when the doors were opened or closed.

The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was great, just a short walk from the town center with numerous dining options nearby. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, offering a diverse buffet with everything one could wish for. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of our stay.

However, the proximity of our room to a construction site was a downside, causing disturbances early in the morning. The lack of proper heating in the rooms was also a discomfort during my stay.
